Ophelia McCoy Stinson Ms. Ophelia Stinson, age 86, of Gordon, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 9, 2022, at 3 PM in Williams White Columns Chapel with Rev. Larry Glover officiating. Interment will be in Ramah Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Funeral Home Friday, July 8, 2022, from 6 to 8 PM. Daughter of the late Guy and Laura Fountain McCoy, she was a lifelong resident of Wilkinson County. Predeceased by her husband: William Howard “Buddy” Stinson; sisters: Lena Dixon, Helen Tindal, Wylene Wood and Shirley Grimes and brother: James L. McCoy. She was retired from GEICO and a member of Gordon First Baptist Church. Survivors include her Children: Debra (Mike) Ford of Ivey; Charlene (Walt) Dominy of McIntyre; Barbara Boyer of Milledgeville; Richard L. (Kathy) Stinson and Donnie (Crickette) Stinson of Gordon. Sisters: Mary Chapman and Jeanette Wood both of Milledgeville Grandchildren: Tracy and Michael Ford, Dawn Tapley, Bill Boyer, Royce Dominy, Amanda Rule, Lance and Jason Stinson, April Waller and Steven Williams; Great Grandchildren: Easton Tapley, Clara Tapley, Emerson Boyer, Trey Ford, Trevor Ford, Kearah Ford, Trent Ford, Kaydence Ford, Abbey Cardwell, Shawn Ford, Macie Barela, Michaela Ford, Maghan Tavares, Daniel Tavares, Rachel Tavares, Bailey Tavares, Logan Tavares, Leah Tavares, Ethah Tavares, Haley Rule, Indy Stinson, Jay Stinson, Hannah Stinson, Mackenzie Adamo, Aiden Waller, Noah Waller, Reina Steven Williams.
