Robert Jackson "Jack" Thompson, 80 of Toomsboro, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010. Son of the late Clarence & Reba Griffin Thompson, he was a native of Dublin but had lived in Toomsboro all of his life. Preceded in death by his brothers: Wilbur and Ray Thompson, he owned and operated Thompson's Service Station for 33 years and Thompson's Cove for 23 years. Mr. Thompson was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Toomsboro Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years: Mary Ivey Dominy Thompson-Toomsboro

Sister: Joyce Miller-Cordele
Brothers: Griffin Thompson-Wrens
